It has been a busy summer: getting ready for my October show in Santa Fe, letting those pesky pet rabbits in and out of the house, and working my day job.  I have also started getting more serious about painting.  The painting and the polymer clay feel worlds apart, polymer clay is time consuming while the painting is quick.  And yet I feel these two mediums reinforce each other, the use of color and pattern, the grip of of the fingers and the angle of the wrist make my return to the other medium feel exciting and new as I apply lessons learned.

I can’t wait to see what happens this fall as these two loves take me to unexpected places.
